BALLET OF THE MOON GODS

BALLET OF THE MOON GODS

Poem By: Billy Alsbrooks

Our souls engage in Moon ballet
So provocative are the night skies of this intimacy
The passion, sinks it’s star teeth into us
While we tango naked on sound waves
Light penetrates your womb, as I lasso the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs
This sends Jurassic Park’s stock on
a free fall
But we use the opportunity to short the galaxy
Like rich stargazers, we slide into realms of blockchain
Where the art of love has never even existed
Where the mountain’s of climax have never even been felt
Here, you and I are Moon Gods
Twisting and turning to the music of alien worship
Here, you and I are Moon Gods

Bending rays of knowledge, we lash out with symphonies
Harmonies, bouncing off the walls of stolen Bitcoin
Our matrix the synergy of space worms
Here on the edge, nothing matters but us
The sun watches our space legs moon walk through black holes
We fold space in half
Then fold it again
Eventually waking up in the garden of celestial innocence
Natives beat the drums of dead planets
Stardust serenading the ears of dark matter
The pull of their gravity draws us into the morning
Here, you and I are Moon Gods
Twisting and turning to the music of alien worship
Here, you and I are Moon Gods

Exploding with rivers that nourish the red soil
Frozen Mars craters, the bed we make love on
Our violent passion, the Big Bang that revives her valleys
Instantly, the still planet becomes alive again
Like twin flames, we burn through the atmosphere of eternity
Her romantic voices praising the erotic rain that brought them back to life
Let us rule these distorted worlds
Here, you and I are Moon Gods
Twisting and turning to the music of alien worship
Here, you and I are Moon Gods
Let us rule these distorted worlds
Let us rule these distorted worlds
Ballet of The Moon Gods…
